About Us:
HUMANBULB, a 501c3 nonprofit, focuses on innovation entrepreneurship education and acceleration programs. Our workforce and economic development initiatives prioritize educational and economic equity. We have been selected by the City of Sacramento to provide technical assistance for work-based learning programs to Sacramento companies.
Team for this project:
Our consulting team has over 13 years of combined expertise in developing and running internship programs. Our team also includes a Stanford Law attorney with over 25 years of experience in corporate and employment law.
The City has allocated an average of 70 hours per company for support of workbased learning programs.

This training program is tailored for new interns, focusing on imparting essential knowledge about employment expectations and professional conduct in the workplace. The program aims to equip interns with a clear understanding of workplace norms, expectations, and responsibilities, ensuring a smooth transition into their professional roles.
