HUMANBULB, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, has organized 25 Startup World Cup Regional Competitions since 2018 and each year at least one of our Regional Competition winners has placed in the top 10 at the Startup World Cup Global Grand Finale. We have organized Regional Competitions in locations including:

California: Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, Fresno & Sacramento

Utah: Salt Lake City

Texas: Austin & Dallas

Internationally: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania & Mexico

In 2025, we are offering FREE Pitch training virtual workshops thanks to generous grant funding. Our goal is to help startups improve their pitch to compete in Startup World Cup and other pitch competitions to help grow the startup ecosystem.

  • Businesses located in or serving Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) Investment Areas.
